Picky pooch paradise
Lucy, is a American Staffordshire Terrier, which nosotros adopted. You would think, being a shelter dog, she wouldn't exist picky! Well, she's frustratingly picky!!! She didn't even like Farmers canis familiaris! She would rather starve, than consume the, very high quality, food, we were feeding her. She absolutely hates poultry flavored nutrient, merely, likes beef. Believe it or not, it'due south kinda tough, to notice a beef flavored dry food, that uses existent beefiness, and is grain costless. After 4 years of experimenting, nosotros finally found, what I remember, is a winner. Yeah, it's kind of expensive. And yeah, the bags are small. But, I figure nosotros were throwing out more food, than she was eating. So, equally long as she keeps eating this, it's worth every penny.

Canis familiaris REFUSED to consume
I bought this food for many years for our last domestic dog prior to And later it was sold to large corp and he ate it. But our current dog, a shelter rescue, refused to touch this and he isn't a picky eater. We mixed it with dissimilar types of meats all dogs love and he walked away every time. I detest to say it but I remember change of ownership has changed quality. He's eating some other quality brand without issue. I trusted Merrick before but no longer.

My Boxer loves it.
I bought this because my 2 year one-time Boxer has problems with gas. She has been eating information technology for two weeks at present and her flatulence is greatly reduced. I am not sure what she is bothered by, but I am guessing it was the grain in her previous nutrient.

pit bull wouldn't touch it
Idea I'd give this a try since it had decent reviews and considering of the nutritional content. Glad I only bought the 4lb bag because my pitty wouldn't touch on it! Fifty-fifty tried mixing it with his wet food, gravy, yogurt, cottage cheese… he wouldn't consume it in whatever way shape or form. I'm not proverb the nutrient is bad or there'southward a quality issue, simply that, like some other reviewers, my guy didn't like it —at all!

Big nutrient switch
Dawson was plain allergic to chicken everything and so nosotros chose grain free steak flavor. Merrick was the most reasonably priced and ingredients looks good. I hope he likes it and continues to eat it. Thanks

Good stuff!
My dog has allergies. He was being feed very expensive prescription dog food. After reading the ingredients of Merrick I decided to give it a try. I have fed it for 11 months now and it has been awesome. He eats every meal something he didn't exercise on prescription food and best of all he has no allergic reaction to it.
